The Principals
Mark H. Szafaryn, President,
has over twenty-five years of experience in the industry and is responsible for overseeing and planning new project development and construction. These responsibilities include value engineering, design critique, selection and supervision of project managers and subcontractors, schedule coordination, and owner's liaison with government agencies.
Mark has extensive experience in construction of commercial and institutional projects. He is a licensed General Contractor in various states and has supervised the construction of high-rise office buildings, financial institutions, shopping centers, mixed-use retail projects, and restaurants. Mark is a graduate of Adrian College and remains very active in community and construction industry organizations.
